By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise accessing BeeOS, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms form a binding contract between you and the operator of BeeOS. They apply alongside any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

You must be at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use BeeOS. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to engage in the activities offered on the platform.

Residents of jurisdictions where prediction markets, online trading, or similar activities are prohibited may not use BeeOS. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.

To access most features you will need to create an account and, in some cases, connect a compatible wallet. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or wallet. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account at our discretion where we reasonably believe it has been compromised.

You agree not to use BeeOS for unlawful purposes, to interfere with other users, or to disrupt the integrity of our markets. Attempts to manipulate pricing, coordinate artificial volume, exploit bugs, or evade risk controls are strictly forbidden.

You also agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or use our data or interfaces in ways not authorized by these Terms. We reserve the right to void trades made in violation of this section and to take further action as appropriate.

BeeOS offers access to prediction and trading markets. All positions are entered at your own risk. Prices reflect market activity and may move sharply at any time. We make no representation about the likelihood of any outcome.

Settlement decisions are made using the sources listed on each market page. In the rare event of an ambiguous result, we may rely on the judgment of our integrity team, whose decision shall be final in accordance with our resolution policy.

Fees, spreads, and on-chain gas where applicable are disclosed on the trade confirmation screen prior to execution. We may change fees from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated schedule.

You are responsible for any taxes that arise from your activity on BeeOS. We do not provide tax advice and recommend you consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

You may stop using BeeOS at any time by withdrawing your funds and disconnecting your wallet. We may suspend or terminate your access where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or are using the platform unlawfully.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on prohibited activities, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply after your account is closed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeOS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost data, and losses caused by market volatility.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted either on the platform or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of BeeOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of BeeOS is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts competent for that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. A failure by us to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
