We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. In some cases we may need to retain information to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute, even after a deletion request has been submitted.

BeeOS is not intended for anyone under the age of eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal data to us, please contact our support team and we will take steps to remove it.

If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete that information promptly and close any associated account.
